Good afternoon Steve & Tom

Following my daily visits to the site this week and seeing the completed works this afternoon, I need to reiterate my comments in writing, here goes. Thanks for doing a cracking job installing the weather struck timber bollards adjacent to Pontcanna Spine Road and associated works.

I've been employed with the Parks Dept. for 36 years to which I've had dealings with many a contractor/ sub-contractor. I must say your professional approach and commitment to the works has been outstanding. Can you also pass on my thanks to the other two chaps who were on site with you, everyone who has seen the job has made similar observations as to the one I made to you yesterday. "You can tell a good job when it looks like it's always been there".
